Star

Star was born on New Year's Day in 2009, making her exactly 4 years old. She was a well-loved member of her family and was the perfect dog for the adults and the 11-year-old child. Unfortunately, Star lacks the patience to tolerate little kids and she nipped both the 2- and 4-year-old in the house. Her family surrendered her in hopes that she could find a family without young children.

Star is a happy girl who loves everything: walks, squeaky toys, playing fetch, snuggling in your lap, sleeping next to you at night. She's housebroken and will let you know she needs to go out by doing her patented Potty Dance. She is kind to kitties and loves to play chase with other dogs. Overall, she's fairly low energy, so after her walk or some fetch, she's all set to snooze for a few hours.
