Princess

Princess' prior life sounds a lot like Cinderella's. She grew up in a home with other dogs that were probably bred for cash. When her first owner was selling a computer on Craigslist, he included Princess in the deal! Can you believe that? Princess' second owner loved her very much but had some recent personal matters and surrendered Princess to OBG in the hopes that she could have the royal life a Princess deserves.

This black beauty is 7 years young. When she jumped into the OBG transporter's car, she was ready for a new life! Her previous owner reports that this girl wants to be the pampered pooch that spends her days lounging on the couch getting belly rubs. She'll go on walks, but loves, loves, loves to cuddle.

Princess is dog-friendly and reportedly cat-friendly, too. In her first home, she lived with a not-so-nice child who would pull her tail and pick her up when she wanted to be left alone. Because of this history, we would like to place Princess in a home with adults or older, dog-savvy children.

Princess is currently at one of our vet partners, getting all of her shots and a dental. Once she's in a foster home, we'll update her bio with the new things we learn about her.

One last story! Princess is said to love the country song “Let’s Be Us Again” (by Lonestar) and will reportedly sing her heart out when she hears it! Load it up on your phone for when you come to see her at an adoption show!
