Hey Mickey! This handsome boy is likely an English Cocker. He was purchased as a gift for the children of the household, who lost interest in caring for him and left him crated most of the time. As a year old pup, Mickey has tons of puppy energy and is ready to take on the world!

Mickey is 16" tall and weighs in at about 40 lbs. He has adorable freckles on his nose that we dare you not to kiss! His previous owners report that he is housebroken and would use the doggy door to go outside to do his business. He loves to cuddle once he's done playing.

Because of Mickey's past, he's a bit timid around new people and in new situations. He'll need a patient adopter that can slowly gain his trust and start opening his puppy brain to new experiences. A positive training class will help him gain confidence and the skills to be the best dog he can be.
