Spanky

Hey you, It's Spanky here!  I'm a cute 3-5 year old known to turn a few heads in my day so I'm hoping I caught your eye.  While I am a happy new arrival here at OBG, I'm counting down the days until I fall in love and live happily ever after with my forever family.

My past was not too rosy.  My doggie sibling and I both lived outside and were severely neglected.   That's why the mention of a cozy home and unconditional love almost sound too good to be true!  I'm certainly deserving of that and so much more.  Once you meet me, I know you'll agree.

A little more about me in case you're not yet convinced we belong together...I'm great with other dogs, am a model car passenger and never tire of receiving compliments and attention.  I greet everyone I encounter warmly and with a smile.  I've kept my run clean at the shelter although after a few years of outdoor living, I'll likely need a refresher course in housebreaking.  I'm also a little unsure how I should behave on a leash since I haven't been on many walks in my day.  I'm smart though so I'll catch on in no time once I'm shown the ropes.
