Cody Captain

Check out this handsome 3.5-year-old chocolate fellow who just joined us on his quest to find a new home!  His name is Cody and he's a heartbreaker.  Unfortunately his previous family moved, and he could not come along.  Both Cody and his humans were quite sad at this turn of events, but we've assured both of them that this pretty boy will know nothing but love for the rest of his days!

We think Cody will fit in quite well in most homes.  He is said to be great with other dogs and the grandkids who frequented his former home.  He's made many friends in the short time since he's arrived here!  Cody is housebroken and has a good energy level.

It appears our chocolate cutie may have indulged in a few too many sweets in his day, so he could stand to lose about 7-8 pounds (thyroid test was fine).  He currently weighs in at 38 lbs.  He dines on limited ingredient food for some skin and seasonal allergies.  Cody would also love to partner with people to walk and get more exercise.
