Spencer

Could you use some spice in your life?  Our aptly colored, salt-and-pepper, 38# cockapoo, Spencer, could do just that!  He is a loving, energetic and affectionate 6 year old who has been with his current family for five years, but has become stressed by the little kiddos in the home, leading his family to the difficult realization that he'd be happiest elsewhere.

Not only is Spencer a handsome boy, but he's pretty close to perfect!  He's completely housebroken and good with other dogs - he lived with another dog in the past and would probably like to do so again.  He loves people and would love to be in your lap all the time if you'll let him.  What could be better than cuddly cockapoo kisses?

He's playful, including with children,  but he prefers them on the older side since smaller ones can be too unpredictable for him.  He has a moderate energy level and does well on walks, especially when using a "gentle leader".  He loves to chase birds so the gentle leader helps keep him from pulling when he spots one!

He has been a loved dog and deserves a good home.
