Piper

Hi!  My name is Piper and I am a 3 year old Cockapoo.   My coat is black with some white on the front and chin.  I know I am a handsome guy.  I am full of energy, I love to fetch and I play most of the time.  What could be more fun than an active, healthy, young dog?

Now that I am with my Foster Mom I am learning new things.  I sit and wait before eating my food.  I am quite comfy in my crate at night or when I need to be at home by myself for a couple of hours.  I bark at first, but then I just take a nap.  I love to chew on my toys and bones.  

My ideal home would have a fenced in yard, so I could play, and someone to take me for walks.  A tired dog is a good dog!  Hopefully, someone will teach me even more cues - I am curious and a fast learner.  Since I resource guard my food and I am a little insecure, I would do best with adults (teenagers would be okay, too).  It is very important to feed me away from others.  Someone to help me build my confidence by giving me a routine and teaching me new skills would be amazing!!!

I am anxious to hear from you, so I can go to my new forever home.
