Brooks

Please give a warm welcome to Brooks!  This 8-year-old boy has settled nicely into his foster home and is now ready to interview potential adopters.  He is up to about 25#, and he is still on the thin side.  On his ride to OBG, this little fella was very perky and interested in everything and everyone!  He appears to be a very good boy.

Brooks does super well with the dogs in his foster home, including a blind one.  He loves to chew on tennis balls (not play fetch), and he chews on the rope toys (as opposed to playing tug).  He has free reign of the house when no one is home.  Brooks's foster home has a doggie door, and Brooks is house trained, but he isn't a fan of getting his paws wet, so one needs to encourages him to go outside during the rain.

Brooks arrived here not looking or feeling his best.  However, he is doing very well now.  The ear specialist raves about his good temperament.  He says that as long as Brooks gets his ear medicine every day and stays on hypoallergenic food, his ears should be fine.
