Bud

Hi there, are you looking for a new bud?  Well, here I am!  My name is Bud, and I'm a very cute 4-year-old boy.  I have been very brave -- I was found tangled in a bush, and then I learned my owner could no longer care for me.  I am very sweet and am known to break hearts.  I can't help it - it's just my nature to shower folks with lovin'. 

I hail from Tennessee, and I was a trouper on the long car ride to the DC metro area.  I love all the humans and other dogs I meet on walks.  I have an especially good sniffer, so my nose is constantly to the ground, and you'll likely catch me whimpering with excitement!  I don't care so much for cats, by the way.  I'm easy to please - I'm crate-trained and am content to chill on the couch with you.  Check me out in this video.  My favorite thing to do is pass out kisses; there is not a mean bone in my body!

I'm looking and feeling better than ever. I have something called dry eye and will need to continue with daily eye drops but I take them easily.  Now that I'm better, I'd LOVE to move into a furever home.  I dream of a fenced yard and going on walks or runs with you. Check me out running through the garden!
