My name is Scotty Smalls, and I am a 4-year-old, 23-pound beautiful cocker spaniel. I was found as a stray dragging a chain around my neck, and a Good Samaritan turned me into animal control. I want to thank that GS for saving me from that awful life and allowing me an opportunity to flourish with OBG!
When I meet people I am a little shy, but I warm up to them, so I am looking for an experienced forever owner without children in the home. When on my daily walks if the dog doesn't come too close, I'm okay, but don't like them in my personal space. I'm not a fan of cats either, so I would do best as someone's one and only!
Now for the really important stuff! I think car rides are tons of fun, as are walks! I am pretty good on the leash. I don’t stop to sniff much and really don’t pull, but I just LOVE to walk. I haven’t had any accidents at all while my foster family is at work. I absolutely love to be petted, and I will curl up and cuddle with my person. I also enjoy playing with my toys and will chase a ball (and sometimes bring it back).
