Munfred

My name is Munfred, but my foster Mom calls me Fred!  I want to thank my wonderful shelter angels who took such amazing care of me and contacted OBG Cocker Rescue!  I'm so happy now that I'm feeling better, and my hair is growing back, too.  Yes!  I had very little hair just a few months ago, when I was found as a stray wandering the streets in Maryland.



I am around 7 years old and 22 pounds with a cute docked tail.  I have a poodle nose and the softest cocker fur so foster Mom says I must be a cockapoo.  Everyone tells me how wonderful I am, and that makes me very happy.  I am a sweet, devoted guy, and I love belly rubs!!  And whenever anyone pays attention to me my tail wags so fast it's a blur.  I get along great with everyone, dogs, people of all ages, and I even stayed in the office with cats when I was with the shelter angels!  Oh, and I'm house trained too! Yay!



I'm finishing up all my medications very soon. I am so happy that my ears and skin finally feel good.   The doc says I have a funny knee, but it doesn't bother me one bit.  If it's not working right I give it a shake and it starts working again.  It doesn't hurt at all. I can run and do stairs with the best of them!  Foster Mom was a little worried about it in the beginning, but after 2 vets and an orthopedic surgeon told her I'm fine as I am, she finally believed it!  Hah hah! silly humans.  Let's see, what else? I know sit and shake, and when there are treats available my bottom is glued to the floor.  I love to sleep on the big bed and I am very quiet all night long.  I love walks and car rides and getting brushed.  Foster Mom says I'm super sweet and easy.
