Lola

Meet Miss Lola, our special non-cocker Beagle! She is 25 pounds and around 3 years old.  Lola was found by a Good Samaritan who held her until the Virginia shelter had an opening.  Lola is very nervous but warms up when she feels secure in her surroundings.  She likes other dogs and LOVES to be outside so both are a must for Lola. 

Lola needs an experienced, patient adopter who will go slow with her and show her how wonderful life can be with a home and a yard to play in with other dogs.  She is great with other dogs and cats, and lights up when she sees one.  She has shown no sign of any aggression and will need a companion dog in her forever home.  Lola is also housebroken and loves to sleep on the couch.
