Oldies But Goodies Cocker Rescue

Harrison

Baby | Male | Adopted

Likes Dogs?
Yes

Harrison is one of the three pups (Lincoln and Reagan are his siblings) that were transferred from another rescue situation. We believe this 9-10 month old is a cocker/lab mix but whatever his heritage, he and his siblings received the cute genes. He does need to gain some weight and quality groceries should help that along.

Harrison and his brothers did not receive a lot of human attention and lived most of their lives outdoors. They may need assistance with their house manners since living inside is new to them. They may be shy at first, although Harrison is fairly outgoing. They are all beginning to realize that attention, love, and other good things come from people. These adorable pups will need some patience and confidence building in a nurturing home. What better way to spend your holiday than giving to a needy pup!

Since Harrison is still a pup, he has lots of energy. His family should be prepared to offer organized play activities and enough exercise to wear him out and keep him mentally stimulated.

Harrison does get along with other dogs but we do not have a first hand history on how he would do with cats. According to his foster family, he does well with older kids in the 12+ age group.

Harrison would love to experience this holiday season in a forever home! Won't you consider taking in a needy pup for the holidays? His face would light up with a special gift, just for him.
