Mia is 3-4 year old pup with energy to burn. We're not sure exactly what mix she is... there's definitely Cocker in there and she has a docked tail, but she's got some mystery genes, too! This girl is a tennis ball playing champ who loves to run. A fenced yard and long walks would be her ultimate dream.

We think Mia would do best as the apple of her forever home's eye. The bee in their bonnet. The frosting on their favorite DC cupcake. Get the picture? She is friendly to dogs she meets out and about, but prefers to have all the food and toys in the home to herself. For this reason, we also recommend that Mia be placed in a home without children. She says that she's way cuter than a human child, anyway. (How can you say no to a freckled face like hers?)

Mia has experienced three seizures since coming into rescue. She had complete blood tests done and no medical cause has been determined. At this time, Mia does not need to take any medications related to her seizures and bounces back from them like nothing ever happened. ("Why do you guys look so upset? Did we run out of dog food?")

Mia is a fun-loving cutie who would love to bond with the members of an adult only household. Are you ready to open your home to this beautiful princess?
