Rocky

Rocky was given to someone "as a gift," and like many gifted pets, turned out to be more responsibility than the family was willing to handle. Luckily, the oldest child pushed for finding a rescue group instead of putting Rocky in a shelter.



This boy loves, loves, loves people. He is super friendly and greets everyone like they're his best buddy ever. The staff at our intake vet's office said that Rocky's undocked tail is skinny because it's always wagging and burning off calories. (If only we humans could burn calories just by being happy!)



Rocky is by far at his cutest when he takes a bath. He splashes around in the tub like a little puppy, just having a grand old time!



This incredible 7-year-old is housebroken and used a doggy door at his former home. Rocky gets along well with other dogs and dog-savvy kids. He's pleasantly plump and should weigh about 30 pounds, ideally. Really, there's not much we can say to do justice to the sweetness of this little guy - we're hoping you meet him soon because we know you'll agree!
