Timothy

Timothy is a sweet & shy little guy that will need a patient home that is understanding with him. He has had such a rough start in life. At 4 months old he was thrown away to the shelter where he got pneumonia. He was so sick when OBG got him he went straight to the hospital. With wonderful care he got well enough to come into foster care. After many pills, doctor visits, and sleeping with a humidifier over a month, he has improved to 90-95% normal lungs. In addition, we had one eye closed - it was either defective or was lost because of the pneumonia. Timothy is doing great now. He seems not to care about his lost eye and it does not slow him down at all. He plays wonderfully with his foster dogs and cats. You would never known how sick he was and that we almost lost him a couple times. Timmy is approximately 6-8 months old now and he is ready for his forever home. He has such a pretty coat some days it looks buff other days he looks strawberry blonde. He is going to be a smaller cocker. Timmy is still learning that not everyone is bad and going to hurt him. That
is why he needs a special home that will help him out of his shell and take him
to some puppy classes where he can gain some self-confidence. He is such
an intelligent dog and knows some basic commands. He will need a family
that will give him plenty of exercise because he is such an active pup. And
would need a fenced in yard. He's a sweet little guy who's ready (finally!) to
have a nice life We would greatly appreciate donations to offset Timothy's medical bills which total $1800 to date; Please send donations to OBG Cocker Rescue, Inc., (Timmy Fund) To donate via credit card in a secure environment, click on Helping.org below (indicate for Timmy on the on-line form):
