Bear is a very cuddly black teddy bear. His fur is so soft and dark that you can hardly find his eyes. His age has been estimated at 8-10 years old. Bear is completely housebroken. In fact, he will let you know when he needs to go out. Bear gets along great with his foster sister; they go on walks together and Bear leads the way. He doesn’t seem to want to play with toys much, but wants tummy rubs from anyone who comes near.
Prior to coming into rescue, Bear had a complete dental workup and cleaning, including the removal of several abscessed teeth. He has several warts on his body, including his face; but that only enhances his charm. Bear is no stranger to the food bowl; we currently have him on a “lite” food.
