Adopted 5/7/02

Greetings to my friends at OBG

Just writing to let you know how I am doing. I'm adjusting to my new adoptive home very well. My adoptive Mom is taking good care of me. I'm enclosing a picture of me. I got to go to JCPenney's where the people were very nice while taking my picture. I rode a thing called an elevator. (Mom couldn't take me through the store, so we had to ride the elevator.) Anyway, it was fun. People were surprised that Mom took me in for pictures. I don't know why. I liked having my picture taken just like everyone else! Thank you for the toys you sent me. I'm enjoying playing with them.

Mom is taking good care of me. I get to run in my backyard everyday and we take walks around the neighborhood. I especially like riding in the car, eventho one day I scared Mom while riding. I was in the back seat and as cars or trucks passed by us going the other way, I jumped up at the window and barked like crazy. Anyway, I do enjoy riding. I go the groomers often for my bath and every six weeks for grooming and cutting. Mom brushes me in the evenings. I curl up at the foot of her bed at night or sometimes I sleep on the floor next to Mom's bed. I sometimes go out with my adoptive brother. He took me to his girlfriend's house. Her parents really liked me. I've even been to Mom's office. All the ladies thought I was cute.

Well, it's time for me to take a nap. So long for now. Take care. And thanks for taking good care of me until I found my adoptive family.

Love, kisses, and paw prints....
