Peppa

Welcome Peppa our little 3 year old, 27 pound Egyption girl! Peppa is a beautiful cocker mix with a long fluffy tail that wags constantly in happiness. The minute she sees you, she acts like she has known you forever and wants all your attention.

Peppa loves to snuggle with her foster family and is completely house-trained and crate trained.  She enjoys playing with toys and a game of fetch will keep her entranced for hours.  

Why have we had such a young, beautiful dog for so long, you wonder?  Peppa is very reactive on the leash (barks and flips out the moment she spies another dog).  Her ideal home is in the suburbs with a secure fenced yard, so she can run and play.  No apartments/condos for this one or other situations in which she might encounter other dogs.  She needs a family who will help her expend her excess energy.  Peppa is good with other dogs inside the home, but they need to enjoy playful, puppy-like energy.  Peppa might not be a good match for older or calmer pooches (not only will Peppa be frustrated because the dog won't be able to keep up with her in play, but the older/calmer dog won't like being pestered).
