Joe Cocker

Hiya!  It's me, Joe Cocker and I'm pleased to meet you!  I'm an adorable ~6 year old, 33# heart throb looking to shower someone with love.  

I'm affectionate, sweet, and cuddly!  More than anything else in this world, I would like to give my heart to a special person.  I excel at being a loyal, devoted friend.  I cherish time spent with humans, especially on the sofa.  If you sit down, I'll be in your lap in a heartbeat.  In fact, I would be super happy being an only dog, though I do get along very nicely with my foster sibling.  I love walking, playing with plush toys, and chewing on bully sticks.  I am house trained and well behaved in the home (well, don't leave out the trash can), so I hope to land in my forever home very soon.  Did I mention that I'm smart, too?  I know sit, paw, touch, lie down, rollover, and spin to name a few.

I used to be cautious with some new people, especially men.  However, my foster mom has all kinds of tricks up her sleeve to help me learn to feel more comfortable around them, and she bursts with pride over the progress I have made.  I am in great health.  I do need inexpensive daily drops for my dry eyes, but that's so easy to do!  I sit and wait very nicely if I think you want to give me medicine.

I would do best in a single family home or townhouse in a residential neighborhood.  What do you think?!  Drop me a line so we can get to know each other better!
