Lucy

Hi everyone!

My name is Lucy!  I'm a pretty ~3-year-old, 26# momma.  In October, I gave birth to 5 of the most stunning pups you'll ever lay eyes on.  We found ourselves in a cold, scary, loud animal shelter.  Talk about a stressful time!  I had to keep a close eye on what was going on around me and my litter.  Fortunately, OBG learned of me and my precious family and literally saved our lives.

Now that I'm here with OBG, things are going very well.  My puppies have all been adopted and now it's my turn!  I am a very playful girl.  I adore other dogs, I am good with cats, and I love children of all ages.  I think I would make an excellent family dog.  My ideal home would have a fenced-in yard, as I adore spending time outside.  Even though I don't have a doggie door here, I have heard about them and I think they sound divine.  I could come and go as I pleased!  Now, I have to wait for someone to open the door.  I might even make a good jogging companion - I do love to run.

My foster mom raves about what a great dog I am.  She can't get over my gentleness and sweetness.  She is also in awe at how agile I am.  And, I made her laugh when I showed off my herding skills.  She says that I have a very nice energy level inside the house, but I do need my daily exercise or a job to do or else I'll get bored and chew.  She found that out when I was resting after being spayed.  Who could blame me?
