Oscar is a 16 pound Shih Tzu that OBG rescued from a South Carolina shelter with a horrible skin infection. Before Oscar could make it up to our area, his SC temporary foster from the vet's office handling his case in SC has fallen in love with him. She tells us that he is a fabulous guy, the skin infection is clearing up and she wants to adopt him. Congrats to SC Oscar and his new family!
