My name is Diana,  Lady Di if you wish!  I was rescued from a puppy mill in June.  I have had several surgeries and vaccinations and now I'm going to learn how to be a house pet.  I'm being treated for heartworms so I have to be very calm and quiet right now.  My foster mom says that's easy for me.  I about 7 years young and a polite little lady of about 15 pounds.  She holds me and tells me I'm a good girl.

Mom is teaching me "sit", "down", "come" and "stay".  It's tough because I've never heard these words before but I'm figuring it all out!  My foster mom is patient and reassures me, knowing I'm a good girl and will pick it up soon.

I live with a kitty and another dog in my foster home.  I sometimes feel the need to chase the cat but other times I ignore her. The resident dog here seems okay but I'd really prefer to be your one and only pet so I could get all of the attention!  Who wants to share?!  I hope that's not too much to ask. I really can't wait to meet a patient, experienced family who will shower me with unconditional love!!
